The historic Bardavon Building located in the heart of the Dutchess County and the City of Poughkeepsie. The 5th floor has its original lintels with bracketing underneath to mark the transition to the heavy cast-iron cornice above with appropriately heavy bracketing. The rear wall to the east has 12-bays with smooth sandstone lintels and rough-hewn stone sills.
